Brand Launch, Positioning, and Support

In the luxury goods marketplace, a consistent brand experience is critical, which is why this bespoke bed, bath, and table linen company is a preferred partner among the elite interior design and architectural community.

An opportunity was presented to the Agency Squid team to ideate and become an entrepreneurial partner in a business that fills a void in the luxury linen marketplace – custom, made-to-order bed and bath linens for the interior design and architectural industries.

Key Issues:

After concepting the business plan and designing the product, the first issue was finding an old-world atelier to construct the product. The next was to market the product to the focus industries.

Solution:

The manufacturing issue was solved by attending international textile shows to partner with a

manufacturer that understood Bespoke and could deliver the quality necessary to meet industry demands. A complete catalog of designs was created and samples were manufactured. A rep network was established in the major markets and each rep was equipped with samples and marketing materials. Key tradeshows were also targeted to expose the product to the marketplace. A digital strategy implementing Instagram and Pinterest supported marketing efforts by presenting current projects and designs.

Results:

After a successful launch, the business has consistently grown between 12% and 15% yearly allowing capital to be invested in new product development such as room scents and candles.
